Seventy-three cities, ten services, seven hundred and thirty pages. Programmatic where it should be, hand-edited where it has to be — built to be cited by language models, not just crawled by Google.

The brief.

The Carnival Fun Experts — TCFE — is MLC's local-SEO sub-brand. The unit of demand is hyperlocal: someone in Chula Vista searching "bounce house rental near me" at 9pm on a Thursday. Traditional SEO answers that with template city pages that say nothing. ChatGPT answers it with whoever has the most quoteable sentences indexed.

The brief was simple: cover the 73 cities MLC actually services across Southern California, ten services apiece, with content that holds up to both Google's spam filter and a language model trying to pick a single business to cite. No filler. No "Welcome to {City}!"

TCFE is the playbook in miniature: the same pattern ORBT Labs ships for clinics and law firms through XALA, applied to a carnival rental brand. Same engine, different vertical. Both speak the same language to ChatGPT.
