Franchise operators have the same problem at every scale: a binder full of operating procedures that nobody reads, scattered across email, Drive, and a back-of-the-counter folder. Compliance gets done by memory. Onboarding takes weeks. The franchisor knows half the locations are out of date.
KERNL was built to be the single place a franchise's operating documents live — searchable by both humans and an AI chat that knows what's in them.
KERNL is live with operators across the franchise vertical. LLC cleared, banking open, Stripe wiring in production. Next: a public self-serve tier that lets a single-location franchisee sign up without the franchisor's permission — the same product, shaped for the unit-level operator who's tired of waiting for HQ to upload the right document.
