Behind the estate

The software the venue runs on.

Laurent Château isn't just a website — it's a working back office: a tour and booking calendar that holds and confirms wedding dates, a couples CRM where every inquiry lands as a lead, and contracts that turn into invoices with deposits tracked. One machine, three views.

FAQ

The questions couples actually ask.

How many guests can the estate hold?

The ceremony lawn and pavilion seat up to 200 comfortably. Smaller, more intimate weddings work beautifully in the vineyard and garden — we'll help you right-size the layout on your tour.

What's included in a package?

Every package includes tables, chairs, setup and teardown, on-site parking, both getting-ready suites, and a day-of coordinator. Catering, bar, florals, and photography are added on — or bundled in the All-Inclusive tier.

What's the rain plan?

The reception pavilion is covered, so dinner and dancing are always weather-safe. For the ceremony, we hold a covered backup layout and make the call with you the week of.

Is there parking?

Yes — on-site parking for your guests is included, with an accessible drop-off close to the ceremony lawn. Valet can be arranged as an add-on.

Are kids welcome? What about alcohol and corkage?

Kids are welcome. Alcohol is served through our licensed bar; if you'd like to bring special bottles, a corkage option is available. Last call and music curfew are set for you in your timeline.

Who handles cleanup, and do we need our own coordinator?

Setup and teardown are on us — you never lift a table. Every package includes a day-of coordinator to run your timeline; if you have your own planner, they're welcome to lead and we'll support.
