The questions everyone asks.

Do I need to be fit already?

No. Every class scales to your level — beginners and regulars train in the same room, and a coach adjusts the load and movements for you on the spot. The free week exists precisely so you can start from wherever you are.

What do I bring?

Just yourself and water. We provide gear, towels, and clean changing space. Wear whatever you'd move in — most people show up in normal training clothes and shoes.

Can I cancel my membership?

Anytime. There's no contract and no initiation fee — memberships are month-to-month, so you can pause or cancel from your member account whenever you need to.

Where do I park?

There's a free member lot behind the studio plus ample street parking on the surrounding North Park blocks. It's a short walk from the 30 bus line too.

How does the free week work?

Book your first class from the schedule, and every class you take that week is free — no card required. If you love it, you pick a membership after; if not, you owe nothing.
