How does pricing work?

Packages are priced by space and hours, with catering, bar, and add-ons quoted separately. Request pricing and we'll send an itemized proposal within one business day.

Is there a minimum spend?

Weekends and December dates carry a food-and-beverage minimum that scales with the space. Weekday and daytime events typically have none.

Can we bring our own caterer or alcohol?

Yes — we have an in-house kitchen and a preferred-vendor list, but outside licensed caterers are welcome. Alcohol is served through our licensed bar, with a corkage option for special bottles.

What time do events have to end?

Standard curfew is 11pm with load-out by midnight. Extended hours are available on a full buyout.

How much setup and teardown time is included?

Every package includes setup and teardown windows on either side of your event hours — you're never paying event-rate time to decorate.

What's the deposit and cancellation policy?

A signed contract and deposit hold your date; the balance is due before the event. Full terms are in your proposal.
